How long does it take to switch MSPs?
Most full cutovers happen over a single weekend. Discovery and prep take 1-2 weeks before that, but the actual switchover doesn't disrupt your team. Monday morning, everyone logs in and works as usual — just with us behind the scenes.
What if my current MSP won't cooperate?
It happens. We've handled dozens of switches where the outgoing provider was uncooperative or hostile. We have a documented process for recovering data, credentials, and vendor relationships even when the previous MSP is dragging their feet.
Can you switch us if we're under contract?
Yes. Most MSP contracts have 30-90 day exit clauses. We'll review your contract with you, time the switch around it, and start your service the day after your old contract ends. We've done this many times.
