How much do managed IT services cost?
You should expect to pay between $125 and $175 per user per month for full-service managed IT. That includes support, cybersecurity, monitoring, backups, vendor management — flat rate, no surprises. If you're paying more than that, you're probably paying too much. We'll give you an exact number after a free assessment.
What's your average response time?
6 minutes for emergencies, under 15 minutes for standard requests. For context, the industry average is 58 minutes for emergencies and nearly 4 hours for standard tickets. We track these numbers because we believe response time isn't a nice-to-have — it's the foundation of the entire relationship.
Do you lock clients into long-term contracts?

What does "flat rate" actually mean?
It means one fee covers everything that should be in a flat rate. Most MSPs call themselves flat rate and then send a separate invoice for the work you'd reasonably expect to be included. We don't.
